Short description:
The project will support the Commission in drafting the 8th national communication and the 5th biennial report of the EU to the UNFCCC. It will also provide technical assistance to the review of the EU BR5/NC8 by the UNFCCC to be expected in 2023 and to the subsequent multilateral assessment (MA) of the EU which will either take place at the COP in 2023 or at the session of the subsidiary bodies in 2024.
